The Setting


To provide a safe, stimulating and fun environment in order to promote high quality care and education aiding development, within a ‘home from home’ setting. 


At Forest we believe that all children, staff and parents should feel included and respected, we provide healthy starting blocks to encourage all children to reach their full potential.

The Setting

We encourage the children to explore and take ownership of their own learning; with this in mind we have created a free flow environment to enable the children to move freely between their choice of activity during unstructured sessions.

We have a private, fully enclosed garden, with specially designed areas, including a mud kitchen, water play area, a sensory garden, an outdoor literacy area and much more.

Our Promise

  1. All staff are first aid trained.
  2. All staff hold a L2 food hygiene qualification. 
  3. All Full Time Staff are fully qualified to a L3 or above.
  4. Every member of the team holds a safeguarding qualification.
  5. We will only provide home cooked meals and snacks.
  6. Children have access to free flow outdoor play everyday.
  7. Children will cook every week.
  8. Children will be taught British Values in line with PACEY guidance in a homely environment.
  9. Every child will be respected and treated as an individual.
